Member Benefits

Membership in the CIVINET Czech and Slovak Republics network involves:

• access to the latest information on sustainable mobility from cities across the whole EU,
• the possibility to participate in international projects and obtain funding from these projects (usually projects aimed at increasing knowledge in the field of urban mobility),
• arranging contacts with foreign cities and organizations active in sustainable urban mobility through the European CIVINET family,
• the opportunity to attend educational activities, excursions, and conferences organized by CIVINET (if they are also open to non-members, then they are for members free or at a reduced fee),
• possibilities of abroad exchanges and internships,
• regular information on events, news, and experiences in the field of sustainable urban mobility,
• support by the preparation of sustainable mobility plans and mobility planning in general,
• visibility of CIVINET members' activities.

If you are interested in becoming a member of CIVINET, please send us:

• a completed application form,
• a declaration of interest in becoming a CIVINET member,
• other documents proving the decision of the applicant's competent authority to become a member of CIVINET (in the case of municipalities/cities, a copy of the resolution of the council or municipal council authorising the person to represent the city/municipality and a copy of the resolution of the municipal council approving the application for membership).

Membership in the association is based on the approval of a written application by the CIVINET Czech and Slovak Republic, z. s., Management Board at its next meeting.
